Steve is known for his strong expertise in all aspects of residential real estate- investment, finance, construction, and development. Born and raised in Santa Ana, California, Steve has extensive knowledge of the greater Orange County, Los Angeles, San Diego and Inland Empire regions. He met his spouse, Maria, while attending high school in Santa Ana. After getting married, the two went on to raise eleven children in Costa Mesa while finding the time to launch a successful real estate practice from the ground up. Steve made it his goal to achieve their dream of running a family owned and operated business in order to help others achieve their dream of owning a home in beautiful Southern California. Since its inception, C One 3 Group has strived to be of service to many clients throughout California, and beyond.
Steve has over 28 years of licensed real estate and finance experience, and has been a licensed contractor for over 20 years. Time and again he has put to use his contracting, construction, development skills in coordination with his real estate expertise to provide unparalleled value to his clients. He has represented numerous individual and corporate clients in the dynamic and competitive markets of Southern California.
